God Is – It’s Just that Simple

I’m reminded of an old gospel song I listened to years ago that comes to mind whenever I am challenged, and my faith is under attack. The lyrics go something like this, “God is the source and the strength of my life, He moves all pain, misery, and strife. He promised to keep me, never to leave me and He never, never falls short of His Word. God is…..God is my all and all.”
Yes…God never falls short! So, whenever you’re going through (and you will because none of us are exempt) don’t let the enemy have room to lie and distort God’s character. Remember, God Is Sovereign and God Is Good always.
It’s okay to cry those tears for now but be comforted as you recall to mind, the scripture in Romans 8:28, “And we know that All things [good and bad, tasteful, and not so tasteful, sweet, and sour, happy, and sad] work together for good, to them love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.”
