Be kind to yourself. Some of you pray for everyone you care for, but sometimes you do not care for yourself. You are precious to Me, says the Lord, and are like a delicate instrument that I can use to fulfill spiritual purpose (Burns).
Psalm 139:14 I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well.
